Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder optional

  • Sesame seeds or black seeds

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, feta cheese, olive oil, oregano, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
  • Stir well to mix the ingredients evenly.

Step 2: Prepare the Pastry

  • Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 6 squares.
  • Place 1-2 tbsp of the spinach-feta filling onto the center of each square.

Step 3: Seal the Pastries

  • Fold the pastry into triangles or rectangles, pressing the edges down with a fork to seal.
  • Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden, flaky finish.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2 minutes.
