- 6 spring roll wrappers spring roll wrappers
- ½ cup cream cheese softened
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar plus extra for dusting
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries diced
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil for brushing
For Garnish (Optional):
- Powdered sugar dusting
- Chocolate or honey drizzle
- Fresh mint leaves
Step 1: Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and honey. Stir until smooth.
Gently fold in the diced strawberries, making sure they are evenly distributed.
Step 2: Assemble the Spring Rolls
Lay out a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface.
Place 1-2 tbsp of the filling near one edge of the wrapper.
Fold the bottom over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
Lightly brush the outside with melted butter or coconut oil.
Step 3: Air-Fry the Spring Rolls
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2 minutes.
Arrange the spring rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket (do not overlap).
Air fry for 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!
Dust the spring rolls with powdered sugar.
Drizzle with honey, melted chocolate, or caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
