- 1 fresh pineapple peeled, cored, and cut into rings or chunks
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup for a vegan option
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract optional, for extra flavor

Step 1: Prepare the Pineapple
Peel and core the pineapple, then cut it into rings or bite-sized chunks.
In a mixing bowl, toss the pineapple with melted coconut oil, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract (if using).
Step 2: Air-Fry the Pineapple
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2 minutes.
Arrange the pineapple pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and slightly caramelized.
Step 3: Drizzle with Honey & Serve
Remove the pineapple from the air fryer and immediately drizzle with warm honey.
