Ingredients
  

  • 1 fresh pineapple peeled, cored, and cut into rings or chunks
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional, for extra flavor

For Garnish (Optional):

  • Extra honey drizzle
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cream or Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Pineapple

  • Peel and core the pineapple, then cut it into rings or bite-sized chunks.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the pineapple with melted coconut oil, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract (if using).

Step 2: Air-Fry the Pineapple

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2 minutes.
  • Arrange the pineapple pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and slightly caramelized.

Step 3: Drizzle with Honey & Serve

  • Remove the pineapple from the air fryer and immediately drizzle with warm honey.
  • Garnish with toasted coconut, fresh mint, or extra cinnamon.

Step 4: Enjoy!

  • Serve warm as is, over yogurt, pancakes, or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

Notes

  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
  • Reheating: Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 2-3 minutes.
  • Vegan Option: Swap honey for maple syrup or agave nectar.
