- 1 bunch asparagus about 1 lb, trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ tsp salt adjust to taste
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika optional, for extra flavor

Step 1: Prepare the Asparagus
Trim the ends of the asparagus by snapping or cutting off the woody parts.
