- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ tsp salt adjust to taste
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika optional, for depth of flavor
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional, for spice
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
For Garnish (Optional):
- Extra Parmesan for serving
- Lemon wedges for drizzling
- Chopped fresh parsley
Step 1: Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
In a mixing bowl, toss them with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using).
