Instructions
Preheat Oven:Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
Prepare the Mixture:In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined.
Assemble and Bake:Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle additional cheddar or mozzarella cheese on top for extra cheesiness.
Bake to Perfection:Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
Serve Warm:Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, celery sticks, or carrot sticks.
Notes
Make Ahead: Assemble the dip and refrigerate up to 24 hours in advance. Bake just before serving.
