- 2 ripe yet firm bananas thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract optional, for extra flavor
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional, for added sweetness
For Garnish (Optional):
- Extra coconut flakes
- A light sprinkle of sea salt
- Drizzle of dark chocolate
Step 1: Prepare the Bananas
Peel the bananas and slice them into thin, even rounds (about ⅛-inch thick).
